As Oscar says, most websites quote her size as 35 (US 5).
As the rest of the data in these webs are true, why not the shoe size?
I firmly suspect that shoe suppliers give shoes to celebrities a little bigger than their sizes so that they don´t hurt celebrities´feet.
It is usual that a shoe newly worn hurt foot.
Celebrities could bring lawsuits against suppliers if shoes hurt.
Shakira performs barefoot very often, feet are very important for her, so it´s logical that she takes much care of feet. On the contrary, if shoe is a little larger she can wear an insole into the shoe.
So I think her real size is 35 (US 5), but she probably wore for he photoshop size 37 with insoles.
I’m a tiny 4′11″ [150cm] young woman and my feet are also very small. My ladies’ dress shoe size 3.5 US! My mother is a five foot nothing [155cm] woman and she wears size 7. I personally think her shoe size could be anywhere from size 4 through 6. 6.5 max, if that! Most likely she is a continental 35 [4.5 US].
Shakira is an incredibly sexy woman with exceptionally beautiful and hot feet. She’s a short woman, so it’s pretty natural that the size of her feet match her height’s. She knows very well how to make use of her beauty, body and, of course, her gorgeous feet.
Most fan sites, and even Univision (the largest Spanish-language television network in the U.S), have her as a size 35.

Depends on which shoe size conversion chart you use. I’ve been using this one: http://www.celebrityshoesize.com/shoe-size-chart/ But the best source is really the manufacturer’s site I mentioned in the comment above yours.
i though 37 was a 6 1/2
Click on the link “Shoe Size Chart” in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. This is the conversion chart I’m using. Most 30-ish sized shoes use the Spain/Italy column, not the “Other/EU” column. If you’re still not convinced, go to Yves Saint Laurent’s page here (they made the shoes above): http://www.ysl.com/us/en/Footer/Product-Guide.aspx and click on Women/Shoes. You’ll see they convert their YSL Italian size 37 to US 7.
37 is size 9 and not size 7.
