UK 4.5 = US 7 = (37.5 Europe)
UK 5 = US 7.5 = (38 Europe)
UK 5.5 = US 8 = (38.5 Europe)
Uk 6 = US 8.5 = ( 39Europe)
UK 6.5 = US 9 = (40 Europe)
Uk 7 = US 9.5 (41 Europe)
Uk 7.5 = US 10 (42 Europe)
UK 8 = US 10.5 (43 Europe)
UK 8.5 = US 11
Uk 9 = US 11.5
UK 9.5 = US 12 (44 Europe)

Another thing which makes me think a 10 US is more like a 7 UK is the number of American women who wear a 10. A size 8 UK is really big for a women, whereas a 7 UK is more common.
Can’t get that link to work. But a 7.5 UK is about a 41.5 European. I think a 40 European is about a 9 US, and a 41 European about a 10 US. But you’re right, there are lots of different charts out there.

There are so many of these things out there and they’re almost all different in their converted sizes. The one above seems to fit best.
I think a UK 7.5 is more like a 10.5 in the US.
