Okay, JR was right. In this video (at about 1:30), Lisa mentions that she wears a size 8 or 8.5.

She has remarked, many times on air over the years, that she wears an 8.
There are two QVC Birkenstock segments between 2005-2007 in which Lisa is wearing size 37 shoes. There is another QVC shoe segment in which she wears a pair of heels marked as size 37. Unfortunately, I am not sure if the videos can be found on the web.
