Brett, sometimes I think they put on whatever they can get their feet into, whatever size it is! But when they wear heels, remember that the higher the heel, the more the front of the foot gets “pushed” to the front of the shoe. Therefore, it makes good sense to go up just a half size from your normal size,so that the toes don’t hang over the edge. A heel height of 3 inches or more warrants that kind of attention.
Yeah I know what you mean and by the way theses actresses alot of the times they will wear shoes that are either too big or too small at least that’s my theory anyway especially at events or even at photoshoots.
The shoes may be 37, but the feet tell a different story. Looks like she’s wearing shoes about two sizes too big.
but from what I can see is that her heel is about 1/2 an inch or so from the heel of the shoe so that shoe could be a hlaf size bigger than she really is

First digit is definitely a 3, so that would make it an EU size. It looks like a 37… maybe, you can just barely make something out.

here is a size 5 off their show so little time but you must remember that this show was in production a long time ago and there is a more recent auction from weeds for a size 6
however because those shoes for auction are open toed you should probably consider that most women go down 1/2 a size on open toed shoes

Thanks for the links. They’re saying 6.5 for Mary Kate and 5.5 for Ashley. But they don’t say where they got the info so it could be a guess for all we know. That’s the problem with most shoe sizes listed on fan pages.

brett, could you send us your links for the sources you mention? Sometimes websites pick up on someone posting the wrong shoe size and that misinformation gets spread around to all the other sites. That’s why I like sources like eBay auctions (for Ashley’s, check here: http://www.celebrityshoesize.com/o/ashley-olsen-297.html ). Without a definitive source, a website just saying “her size is x” is as much a rumor as a guess.
I looked up her shoe size and her shoe size is a 6.5 and ashley is the one that’s got a size 5.5 shoe not mary kate. Several websites are saying this.

You’re right molly, her foot does look bigger in that picture. But considering she’s only 5′0″ tall, her height make her small feet look bigger in proportion.

Ashley looks like a size 6. But seeing as they’re fraternal twins and not identical twins, it could very well be that Mary Kate has a slightly smaller or slightly larger foot.
