Recently, there was a “clothesoffourback” auction for a pair of Size 36 (EU) shoes belonging to Rose McGowan. I think that she only designed the shoes, but other celebrities did the same and the sizes are identical to the ones found here.
Given that the eBay auctions have her as a size 7, I’d say you should split the difference and make her a 6.5, even though she’s probably a size 7.

Rose McGowan at “Fifty Dead Men Walking” (September 10th 2008): she is wearing golden sandals. Showing the sole of her right sandal you can see it is a EU 36 size.

They must have updated their info on the source above. I just looked through some saved auctions I have for Rose’s shoes…I have 5 auctions for size 6 shoes, 1 for size 8, 1 for size 7.5, and 1 for size 7. So for now, it looks like the 6s are winning.
