I've seen Australian merchants on eBay selling Ferragamo shoes in US sizes as well. That would lead me to believe that the Italian, Salvatore Ferragamo, was speaking of a US size when he stated 9B. He was also relaying this information to a US publication, W Magazine. If the size had been Australian, there would have surely been a parenthetical phrase to clarify for the American audience that it was Aus and not US. If anyone has more information on this, it would be really helpful. For now, I believe that we have the size nailed down for Nicole Kidman--Size 9B US.
