Since auctions are showing Kate's size to be 6-6.5 and a first-hand account is showing a 7 (but cowboy boots tend to run narrow to jumping up a half size isn't uncommon), I'm going to stick with 6.5 as her listed size.

Those shoes are most definitely too narrow for her. Sorry but im thinking a 7 unless she gets a wide.
