On ebay, from the closet of Hilary Duff,are many shoes ranging from size 36 through size 38. Sizes 6 to 8. I think she has narrow feet. It would probably be a good idea for her to have her feet measured next time she goes shoe shopping. That’s a wide range of sizes

Hilary’s feet are way too large to be a 6.5
She is a size 7. I saw a video of her shopping with her sister Haylie and they were talking about how they share everything. Haylie picked up a pair of green flip flops and said “these are a 7, we can share these”.
They all favor smaller size until down they road their feet suffer from pain and unsightly bunions
Her feet are absolutley tiny. I favor the smaller size to be the correct one. One thing to remember about shoes worn in movies and T.V. is that they are bought by the wardrobe dept. sometimes randomly or for other actors. If the costume designer likes the look, they’ll just grab them and have the actor/actress wear them.
The size 8 came from sizematcher.com – see the link above in the “alternate source” text. I don’t know where they got that size.
Where did the 8 come from though???? I am not saying but she does wear a wide range of sizes. We need to see her feet in shoes to make an educated guess. You are correct in saying the larger size is not always the right one ….but neither is the smaller. Miss Duff, I believe we need to measure your foot
she is probably more along the lines of a 7 because in the arlene boots you size down 1 size and someone who is a size 7 could wear a 6.5 or a 7.5
kirsebom – when there’s a range of sizes the biggest one isn’t necessarily the right one. Here we have a 6 and a 6.5, and one 7.5. I don’t know what you get from that, but to me a 6.5 seems to fit best here.
If you can fit a 7.5 how could a 6.5 fit you without hurting a lot ? Hilary’s feet are not a 6.5

RED FLAG! Some where she is listed as size 8 and auctions have her wearing as low as 6. I could see one size difference depending on shoe style and manufacturer. But 2 sizes …somethings not right! The size 7.5 shoes listed above that she wore on Lizzy McGuire show …(IMDB shows it ended in 1987) At her young age it’s highly unlikely feet get smaller. Where is the 8 from???
Thanks for the pics, Chuck. Indeed, there’s a lot of variety here. I remember from the old FeetInTheMovies forum where they also had great difficulty pinning down her size. I don’t have anything saved, and it’s years ago, but I remember they found eBay auctions with sizes ranging from 6 or 6.5 all the way up to 8 and even a 9.5. She’s a though one, but for now 6.5 seems best.

Let’s see pictures of how her feet fit in open toe shoes. I tend to believe Miss Duff’s feet may be larger than advertised …but .. we’ll see
I have a couple of items from eBay auctions that I need to get posted here. The first is a pair of size 7.5 shoes Hilary wore. The second is a pair of size 6 boots she wore. That’s quite a spread on sizes but it’s starting to sound like size 6.5 is closer to the right size.
I am certain her feet aren’t size 8. While a couple of sources may list that, I have heard 6.5 more and it’s obvious considering her height and if you look at pics of her feet.
