I’ve heard her say size 10 on TV two times – On America’s Next Top Model and on the Tyra Show.
Why so many disparities? Is she a 9 or an 11? She can’t be both? LOL.
She is a size 10. She’s said that two times on TV; in a shoe store (mentioned in another comment) and standing before the contestants on America’s Next Top Model talking about how models sometimes have to walk the runway in shoes too small. “I’m a size 10″ she said.
It would be helpful if you actually shared that site link and source.
I saw on another website that she wears a size eleven. I think that’s more accurate!

She walked into a department store on her show (the episode where she is being a fat person), and held up the shoe she liked, clearly asking the salesgirl for a size 10. So she’s quite obviously, a size 10. FROM THE HORSE’S MOUTH!
Ok – I updated Tyra’s entry from 11 to 9.5 – since that’s the size they had in the auction. I also added the pics from the auction.
All evidence seems to point to a 9. Chuck, I would love to see the auction you mentioned. Also, when the Fashion Model Directory is listing two sizes (EU and US), why are you assuming the EU size is the correct one? Since she’s an American model, it would make more sense that the US size is correct, and the EU size is converted out of this.
PS. Anniek is correct about the EU 41 being a US 9.
She is at least a size 11. Maybe even 12. She’s tall and not on the superskinny side. She’s is an average beautiful american woman. No matter what size her feet are, her heart is 10 times bigger.
On America’s Next Top Model, she said she was a size 9… So I think she would know more than anyone else =p

Anniek, where are you from? the only way to understand the actual difference among european sizes would be to know your foot lenght.
Talking in terms of foot lenght I’d say Tyra’s are about 27cm (10 13/16 inches).
What Tyra says ot wears do not prove anything like it’s the case with many women. The size they declare or even the size they wear is most often one or two sizes too small. Women could tell i’m right. Tyra is not a size 9 that’s sure !
Size 41 european size is a 9, I’m european and I’ve got a size 42 and that’s a 10 in the US. But I do think her feet are bigger than 9.
I agree with Andy. A size 11 at least for Tyra ! To believe she fits a size 9 is being naive. Just look at her immense feet.
Looking at your own convertion chart size 9 is EU 41. All the doubts I think is related to the mismatching between eu sizes and italian sizes. Anyway I think that she’s no way a size 9, she surely lied about that and she’s not less than a 10-11 (I think 11 seeing how much long her feet are) and so a 42-43 it-eu.
