I have size 5 to and I know how hard it is looking for nice heels all the shoes are 6 or bigger I hate it
Personally, I find it impossible to even wear a single size too small.
I can understand why women want to be able to fit in the smallest possible dress sizes, as this generally reflects directly on their physique, but shoe sizes don’t work that way. You can’t really influence it. I’ve never seen a girl go to the gym because she desperately wants those cute pumps in a size 6 instead of a 7. Why lie about it or attempt to wear a smaller shoe that’s uncomfortable all day?
SB ..I believe your on the right track. She is petite and 5 or 51/2 seems ok but when you wear higher heels you should upsize at least half size. I’m a former shoe salesman and I have seen women cram their feet into shoes one and half sizes too small but have not found a 2 size crammer.
I’m 33 years old and wear a size 5, so people like kirsebom shouldn’t assume that no one over the age of 12 has a foot size that small. From looking at these pictures, Rachel’s feet definitely look small enough to be a 5. Her feet look like mine in heels. The 3-3.5 inch average height of high heeled shoes is a bit too high for a size 5 foot. Her feet look exactly like mine do in heels that should really be slightly shorter to accommodate the smaller foot. I actually wear a 5 in dress shoes and slip on shoes, occasionally a 5.5 if the shoe is made a little small. I can wear a 6 in lace up shoes and boots.
LJ, you must not be a woman since you don’t seem to know what you’re talking about. You can’t cram your foot into a shoe that is two sizes too small. Half size smaller maybe, but not two whole shoe sizes.
Why do you people find it hard to believe that she wears a size 5? Why would she lie to millions of people about a shoe size? She obviously has gone on record talking about her shoe size. I believe that krisebom (im guessing your a girl since you say you have size 6 and her feet look like yours) you are jealous. Thats the only thing i can come up with why you wont let it go. You say her feet arnt perfect which they pretty well are if you take in her beautiful soles. So therefore she has a size 5.
I don’t think women tend to lie about their shoe size unless their feet are really huge or freakishly small. I’ve got size 5 feet and wish I were just bigger in general, and I’ve lied about my height but never my shoe size.
They do look quite big for a five,but you’re not really going to get an accurate idea just by looking at a photo of them I suppose.
I don’t know about anyone else, but one thing I’ve noticed is that women generally ( not all of them, but most of them) tend to like wearing their shoes at a VERY tight fitting, and they often cram their feet into footwear which is like a couple of sizes smaller than the size they should ideally be wearing.
So her actual foot size could very well be something like a seven, but she might just be buying and wearing size five shoes.

i dunno. her feet look biggish but she has tiny toes so i think they may even out to a 5 or 6. either way, very cute
Yes shorter women tend to have small shoe sizes and taller women tend to have larger shoe sizes. But we have all seen here, and being a former shoe salesman, I can attest that this is not the rule of thumb for shoe sizes.
I’m 5′5″ and I can wear a size 5-6. Size 5 shoes fit me best.
I don’t know why ANYONE would lie about having size 5 feet – I wish my feet were bigger but thanks to being born with club feet, that will never happen. It’s amazing how many people exclaim “you have such small feet!” and yet if I say “you have huge clown feet” that’s not OK.
Anyway, Rachel’s feet DO look larger than 5 because they are long and narrow looking but they are also in proportion with her height (mine are not so it’s more noticeable). I don’t think it’s a stretch that someone 5′2″ or however tall she is is a size 5 when someone like me, who is 5′5″ wears a size 5 too.
Rachel’s feet are far from being perfect. They are of a pleasant size but not perfect. But they are the subject of big controversy here at least !!!:)

Just admit it people. She has perfect feet. Perfect size. It’s totally plausible, and she herself says so in interviews in magazines and on t.v.
Her feet are size 5. Why are people even arguing about this? She’s very short and the size of her feet is proportional to her height. She said so herself on Craig Ferguson. And I think the best evidence is the picture of her and Kirsten Dunst together. Rachel’s feet are MUCH smaller.
Rachel’s feet really look like mine. And i fit in a size 6, sometimes 7, depending on the shoes…So size 5…If she really fits in it she is a rare breed.
I know you don’t agree with me guys on Bilson’s feet but i already saw a size 5 and her feet are never a size 5. Probably 7 , maybe 6 but not a 5. :)
